Bringing the glamour! Drew Barrymore bares her shoulders in a lacy black gown while Idina Menzel rocked a skintight striped dress at the annual Mark Twain Prize For American Humor in Washington, D.C.

Drew Barrymore and Idina Menzel showed looked incredibly glamorous as they arrived to the Kennedy Center to watch their former costar Adam Sandler receive the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor on Sunday night.

While preparing to watch the Murder Mystery star, 56, receive one of the most prestigious honors in comedy, the Blended actress, 48, donned an elegant black off-the-shoulder gown adorned with floral lace with a sweet bow detail on the neck.

She accessorized her floor-length dress with a pair of dazzling statement earrings, black and gold clutch and her chestnut brown tresses styled in cascading waves.

As she posed for numerous photos on the red carpet, the mother-of-two, who rose to fame as a child actor with her breakout role in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, smiled and shot the camera a smoldering stare.

Over the past two decades, Barrymore and Sandler have co-starred the films The Wedding Singer (1998), 50 First Dates (2004), and Blended (2014).

Menzel, who has also worked with Sandler on the crime thriller Uncut Gems (2019) and the forthcoming comedy You Are SO Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah!, rocked a beige and black striped frock and a pair of open-toed heels.

For makeup, she sported a glossy pink lipstick, bronzer for a sun-kissed glow and smokey grey eyeshadow.

Sandler looked overjoyed as he arrived to the ceremony in a charcoal grey pinstripe suit, alongside his wife Jackie, who wore a hot pink pantsuit and matching heels.

In addition to his longtime spouse, who he wed in 2003, the five-time Emmy nominee received support from pals Jennifer Aniston, Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, Pete Davidson and Dana Carvey at the event.

The friends star, 54, and Barrymore were seen chatting inside as they gave their friend a standing ovation as he walked to the stage.

As his name was announced to come up, Sandler shot a thumbs up as his wife and eldest daughter Sadie, 16, looked at him with admiration in their eyes.

In December, news broke that Sandler was going to become the 24th recipient of the Mark Twain Prize, which is widely considered to be one of the highest honors a entertainer can achieve.

Sandler joins an illustrious pantheon of comedy legends as past winners include Richard Pryor, George Carlin, Eddie Murphy, Lily Tomlin and Whoopi Goldberg, just to name a few.
