“I’m not one to judge when it comes to plastic surgery,” she said. “I feel like it’s really important to love yourself no matter what your flaws are. If somebody wants to get it that’s fine, maybe they should wait until they are older.”

Demi, who has been very open about her past struggles with drugs, alcohol, as well as an eating disorder, and has often credited her boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama for getting her on the right track, has the 35-year-old’s full faith and support on her newest artistic move.

“I think Demi is on a path for, you know, mega-stardom,” Wilmer told ET in July. “I think she’s gonna redefine pop culture in a level that people can’t even expect next year, for sure.”

The now-confident Demi opened up to Cosmopolitan earlier in August about once being jealous of VMA host, Miley Cyrus.

“There was a time when I was jealous of people who were able to party,” Demi reveals. “For instance, Miley — in her music video ‘Can’t Stop,’ her whole thing was partying and not giving a f**k. Part of me was super jealous that I couldn’t be like that. I had to look at my life and be like, ‘Okay, that’s just not what you can do. There’s no need to be bitter about it.'”
