Has anyone ever seen Jennifer Aniston looking pale and wan as your Granny might say? Not us, Jen has the Cali girl tan going on now for at least 30 years, and we’d be stunned to see her looking washed-out.

It’s not just living in LA that gives Jen her golden limbs, although she has admitted before that her tan is a real one for the most part, she does use self-tan too.

And while we use fake tan to look bronzed-slash-alive, Jen probably uses it to even out her natural tan to give it more depth and vibrancy.

Like the rest of us, that doesn’t always go to plan, and Jen has had her share of self-tan mishaps. And, on one particular occasion, she had to get the help of an assistant to remove the offending steaks while shooting.

Jennifer Aniston was on the set of her hit series, The Morning Show that she stars in with Reese Witherspoon when the self-tan disaster happened.

Jen had a spray tan before filming but her feet were so badly stained that an assistant had to step in and try to rectify the situation with a good old scrub.

In a not-so-glamorous fashion, Jennifer Aniston had to hoick her leg up and stick it in a sink so the helpful assistant could get in there with some old-fashioned soap and water. This assistant is one in a million we reckon

Probably in between scenes, Jennifer Aniston had her self-tan mishap, and in a social media clip, she shows herself in a rather awkward position.

She says to the camera ‘Note to self, hands and feet you must lotion before a spray tan, otherwise…a situation,’ she said, with her leg up in the sink. And as the camera pans around to the assistant who is elbow-deep in the sink, she says ‘This is what love is.’

We can’t help but feel sorry for Jennifer Aniston with her self-tan disaster, more than once we’ve planned on wearing strappy sandals, and after applying fake tan realise boots are the only option for the night. We need to remember the lotion ourselves, good tip.
