Lindsay Lohan may fancy herself a fashionista on dry land, but in the water, that’s not always the case.
Forget a statement necklace or long dangley earrings. Lohan’s accessory for a day at the beach in Malibu was her clunky SCRAM bracelet, which was fitted to her ankle to detect if and when she drank alcohol following her first DUI in May 2007. Not only did it totally draw attention away from her cute pink bikini, it failed to keep her on the straight and narrow. Four days after this picture was taken, the actress was arrested for her second DUI, and cocaine was found in her pants pocket. (7/21/2007)
