Lindsay Lohan insists that her Calvin Klein underwear is helping her fight off a rare mosquito-borne virus, but it looks like the actress is receiving help from Photoshop too! Fans are accusing the bikini-clad actress of photoshopping her waist in her latest Instagram pic.

In the sexy snap, Lindsay dons a long-sleeved crop top and a Calvin Klein thong. Not only did her teeny tiny waist spark rumors, but also the bottles in the background that appear to be slanted instead of stranding straight!

Her “current waist” is a major transformation from the summer. In July, the Mean Girls alum flaunted her beach body in a bikini that exposed her far-from-toned tummy.

The actress has been suffering from chikungunya, a virus she contracted while on vacation in French Polynesia over the holidays. The actress broke the news to her fans over Instagram with the caption, “Before I got chikungunya use bug spray please. God Bless.”

The “Speed The Plow” star was hospitalized last week for the incurable and sometimes-fatal virus that causes joint pain and fever.
