Dua Lipa Is ‘Nervous’ About Her Upcoming Album, Which Is ‘Coming Soon’

Dua Lipa is ready to release new music – but she’s definitely feeling nervous about it, too.

The 23-year-old “New Rules” singer spoke out about what’s to come in an interview with BBC on the red carpet at the 2019 Silver Clef Awards in London, United Kingdom.

She said that the new album is “coming soon” and “feels like a dancercise class.”

“It’s been a long time coming so I’m super happy. I’m nervous. It feels like it’s happening all over again,” she went on to say.

“I’m very much more in touch with who I am. Now I have a very clear idea of what I’m doing and what I want to say. Things I’m not afraid of.”

“With the music, it’s also about ensuring they have a safe space, a place where they can come and listen to the music and hang out. That’s what’s really important to me,” she added.

And when asked about this year’s Song of the Summer, she teased something very interesting!

“I don’t know if it’s something coming from me or someone else…” she hinted.
