When celebrities start parking illegally, the police have got to nip it (sorry) in the bud. Which is why Lindsay Lohan – and her very prominent bra-less nipples – were slapped with two parking tickets yesterday in LA.

Lindsay got the tickets while she was shopping (er, we hope) in a jewellery store in LA. She came out holding a small shopping bag (a good sign) and found not one, but two parking tickets on her windscreen.

Lindsay – who is currently on probation in connection to stealing a necklace, which must have made the jewellers a bit nervous – had ditched her bra for the shopping trip, and was clearly flashing a bit of nipple through her black top.
