The Y2K style queen loves a casual ‘fit (think bomber jackets and early 2000s arm warmers) but her onstage wardrobe is where her personal style really shines. The singer is currently on her global Future Nostalgia tour, and you don’t need tickets to witness her next-level concert style because her Instagram feed is full of some of her best ~fashion moments~ (this space cowboy outfit and the BTS clips with “Hot Girl Summer” rapper Megan Thee Stallion from their collab song, “Sweetest Pie” are some of our favorites).
Dua Lipa posted some backstage photos of her most recent lewk, captioning it “🌸 pre-show 🌸” and crediting photographer Elizabeth Miranda for the film shots. From the bouquets of matching pink flowers on the vanity to the film aesthetic, we’re completely obsessed.
The singer posed in front of a mirror, wearing a bright pink Balenciaga catsuit with a lingerie-style bustier bodice and skin-tight boots. She accessorized with tight, elbow-length opera gloves that feature a pink floral burnout print to match her bodysuit. Dua’s long wavy hair was pulled back into a sleek half-up, half-down ponytail, and the outfit was completed with rosy lipstick and in-ear monitors draped around her neck. It’s giving Catwoman meets popstar Barbie. Are we taking notes? Absolutely.
Dua Lipa has been on a catsuit streak recently from her custom Balenciaga pieces (one in neon yellow to be worn onstage and the other for her blingy Grammy’s afterparty look) to the Mugler catsuit with 120,000 crystals that she wore as part of her Future Nostalgia tour wardrobe. The singer even donned a LaQuan Smith catsuit at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas.
Dua Lipa was forced to postpone several tour dates back in March 2020 due to the pandemic, but the singer finished touring around the United States earlier in 2022 and will continue to perform around the world at international venues through the rest of the year.
