Euphoria star Sydney Sweeney is a triple threat; she can act, she’s hot and she fixes cars. And, yes, I consider being hot a talent. The 24-year-old clearly cleans up very nicely but she isn’t afraid to get down and dirty.

In February of last year, Sweeney purchased her “vintage dream car”, a red 1969 Ford Bronco, and has been determined to get that baby up and running. Even though she had no prior mechanic experience she wanted to fix it up herself.

According to Sweeney’s interview with Teen Vogue, she began perusing car auction sites while quarantining during the peaks of the pandemic. “I’ve always wanted a Bronco, and I got one,” she said.
Sweeney has been documenting this process through her TikTok account, @syds_garage. This girl can do it all – axel removal, wire brushing, exterior painting, hood replacement. After all of that, plus taking care of the interior and fixing a valve issue, the car was finally ready to drive.

In May 2021, Sweeney bought a baby blue Ford Mustang convertible that she named Britney, which is the next project she’ll be working on. She told fans that she might take Britney to the shop to replace her engine but that she’s already in pretty good shape.
And she’s already planning her next, next project, saying she’d “really like to do a vintage Porsche next.” I can’t wait for more videos of her being a grease monkey and looking incredible while doing it.
