Anne Hathaway was seen at a Shiseido event on Friday in New York City.

The movie icon has been announced as the face of the brand’s Vital Perfection line.

The Oscar-winning star shimmered in a sleeveless gold gown that had a mermaid finish as she added strappy gold heels.

With her chocolate brown hair parted on the side and worn down in soft waves, the New Yorker looked ready for her closeup.

Earlier this week, the 40-year-old star was seen in the new print ads for the company where she wore a cream-colored silk camisole.

In the ad it says ‘potential has no age.’

This comes after the Devil Wears Prada actress said she feels ‘honored’ to be representing Shiseido.

The acclaimed star was recently named as the face of Shiseido’s Vital Perfection line, and Anne is thrilled to be working with the Japanese beauty brand.

The Hollywood star said she has a huge amount of admiration and respect for the brand.
