Demi, 19, was joined by a couple of friends as they larked about in the water and chatted on the sand while soaking up the sun.

They were then joined by a couple of very toned men in tiny swimming trunks who brought a football with them and got a kick-about going.

And the singer looked like she was having a great time as she made the most of her day off to relax.
