DEMI Lovato was one of a host of big names who hit the stage at a star-studded Christmas concert, but made sure she was the centre of attention in a sheer outfit.

The star performed in a pair of see-through black trouser over a thong, with a small black crop top.

Demi was performing in Chicago for the 130.5 Kiss FM Jingle Ball.

Other acts taking to the stage on Wednesday included Liam Payne, Kesha, and Charlie Puth.

Earlier this year, Demi opened up about her well publicised health issues, after dealing with an eating disorder and body image issues.

In April, she posted on Instagram: “Feeling better than I’ve ever felt. It’s all about self love.

“Tell yourself you’re beautiful daily. Be gently with yourself. Eat carbs without guilt and remember that life is too short to worry about what others think!!”

The singer will celebrate six years of sobriety in March, after seeking help for drug and alcohol addiction in 2010.

She’s been embracing her new found confidence, and arrived at MTV’s EMA awards in London last month topless underneath her loose-fitting white suit.

Demi attributes her body to her fitness regime, starting each day with two workouts.

She says: “The first one will be boxing for an hour or maybe kickboxing or jiujitsu, and then I’ll strengthen and condition by lifting weights for an hour.

She’s also revealed she sticks to her routine even when touring to ensure she stays on track.

She explained: “I work out daily, then I talk to the people around me, and make sure that I stay in therapy and do the things that I need to make sure that I live a happy and healthy life.”
