DUA LIPA TALKS NEW ALBUM: “I FEEL EVEN MORE LIBERATED IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WAY”

She has spoken on the meaning of freedom during an interview with Vogue Australia.

Dua Lipa has spoken up on the freeing process of her shaping up her third full-length release.

In an interview with Vogue Australia, published 15th September, the English singer mentioned that – amongst a variety of other things – she has been working on the follow-up to 2020’s smash hit LP, ‘Future Nostalgia’.

On the process of following up such a monumental career moment, Dua Lipa reveals: “As I’m writing my new album, I feel even more liberated in a completely different way. And even more in control than I thought.”

The article also explores her conscious tracking of what she has to lose in a post-Roe v Wade world. “Freedom, especially as a woman, means to be able to take things into your own hands, to have control over the things that you believe in,” she explains. “To really have a voice.”
