The songstress, on 30th November, attended the 36th annual Footwear News Achievement Awards in New York City, and arrived in style wearing her own twist on the style, which has become one of the most viral makeup trends of the season.

Washed-denim eye makeup came from the “denim revolution” which has come back in fashion too. Many fashion brands have brought back the denim on denim look, and so the hype around the eye trend. The eye makeup look includes varying shades of blue shadow swiped across the eyes in a way that is glamorous yet still neutral. Lipa made a statement style, and opted to match her washed-denim eyes with a long blue patent-leather coat by applying a smoky, shade of blue with silvery hints. Heavy lashings of mascara and a streak of glitter topped up her eye look, while her lips were done in a coral pink lip color, and her skin was a matte and glowing look. The brunette wore her hair pulled back into a sleek triple-braided ponytail, and Dua looked fabulous at the event.
