We’ve been in awe of Jennifer Aniston’s beauty (and hair – let’s never forget the hair!) for as long as we can remember, and over the past decade have continued to be blown away by her ageless appearance. Akin to many A-listers, the 54-year-old Friends alum has admitted to some plastic surgery procedures, while there may be a few other tweakments that she may not have been as forthcoming about, if before and after pictures of her early career to the present day are anything to go by.
We know one thing for sure – that the Morning Show star is an undeniable ageless beauty – but let’s take a look at some old and more recent pics of the actress to try and spot some differences in her appearance, and take some fan comments (which always need to be to be taken with a pinch of salt) on board too…
Jennifer Aniston Has Been Open About Her Plastic Surgery
The Bruce Almighty actress has actually been open about having plastic surgery on her nose in her early career. Although it’s important to note that she said she didn’t undergo a full rhinoplasty in the beginning, but instead, had some work to correct her deviated septum.
Very early career pH๏τos of Jennifer show that her nose definitely looked different to how it does now, but the difference isn’t actually *that* great! In other words, she was a beauty before, and she’s a beauty now!
What Has Jennifer Aniston Said About Having A Nose Job?
“It’s funny. I had [a deviated septum] fixed – best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years,” she told People back in 2007. “As far as all the other [rumors], as boring as it sounds, it’s still mine. All of it. Still mine.”
While that may have been all true in 2007, the Marley and Me actress did reportedly undergo a rhinoplasty a little later in her life. In 2018, Jen’s rep told Us Weekly that she had a nose job to “correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago,” which would mark the second time the Along Came Polly actress has had work done on her nose. That we know of, of course.
Jennifer herself opened up about less-invasive procedures such as Botox during a 2014 interview with Harper’s Bazaar Australia. “There is this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless,” she told the pub. “I think what I have been witness to, is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves. I am grateful to learn from their mistakes because I am not injecting [expletive] into my face. I see them and my heart breaks. I think, ‘Oh god, if you only know how much older you look.’ They are trying to stop the clock, and all you can see is an insecure person who won’t let themselves just age.” Yikes!
Despite what Jen said almost ten years ago, many fans believe that she may have had some injectables such as Botox and filler since then, as the before and after pictures seem to speak for themselves!
This was particularly noticeable in an October 2022 Instagram post from @_beautyandbarbells_ comparing a picture of the Murder Mystery actress with wrinkles and one without, although she still looks natural and not “frozen” in the after pictures! “A great example of some good work,” one fan commented, followed by the heart eyes emoji, which another fan agreed with, saying, “looks great.” “Good job! She still looks the same,” praised another.
“Looks like there may be some filler in her under eye area,” another fan speculated, while someone else noted, “Her smile is different from filler.” There may be some subtle changes, but most fans were in agreement that she didn’t look too different.
