Supermodel Gigi Hadid, born Jelena Noura Hadid, was welcomed into the world on April 23, 1995 – which means she turns 27 today.

The American model, and sister of Bella Hadid, has taken the fashion world by storm since she rose to prominence in 2014, and ever since she has been completely unstoppable.

In four years she made thirty-five appearances on international Vogue magazine covers, and her success doesn’t stop there.

Gigi didn’t begin modelling around the time she sH๏τ to fame though, she actually began her career at the tender age of two.

At two years of age she was discovered by Paul Marciano from Guess and started modelling for Baby Guess before halting her career for her studies and then returning to modelling again in 2011.

From her stint as a Victoria’s Secret Angel, high-profiled relationship with One Direction’s Zayn Malik, and long-lasting friendship with Taylor Swift – Gigi has lived much of her life through the public eye.
