Jennifer Aniston shows off a bit of leg with a slit in her dress at the Horrible Bosses 2 premiere held at the Odeon West End on Wednesday (November 12) in London, England.

While promoting this movie, the 45-year-old actress is getting a ton of Oscar buzz for her role in Cake.

“With this performance, Jen just let herself go raw in every way, emotionally and physically,” Cake director Daniel Barnz told People, before adding about her going makeup free for the film, “I always wondered how hard this would be for Jen, but she never wavered. In fact, I think she found it quite liberating. But not wearing makeup is just the tip of the iceberg – what’s really brave is how she exposes herself emotionally.”
