Katy Perry denies she’s had a boob job after surgery rumours but admits she HAS had fillers under her eyes

KATY Perry has set the record straight on rumours she’s had breast enhancement surgery – but she has confessed to having fillers under her eyes.

The pop superstar insists “all of my assets are real” after years of speculation she’s had implants.

Katy opened up about the the plastic surgery speculation in a new interview with Refinery 29.

She said: “I haven’t had any. I’ve done lasers and got [filler] injections under my eyes for the hollowing — which I’d recommend for everyone who wants a solution for their dark circles — but all of my assets are real.

“People tend to think they are fake, but it doesn’t really matter.”

Katy says she isn’t against people going under the knife to improve their appearance, but it’s not for her.

Katy looked quite different back in 2008

She said: “We’re getting away from that negative stigma about physical alterations.

“Of course, always be your authentic self — but if someone wants a nose job that makes them feel better, and they love their profile more because of it, it’s like ‘Go ahead!’

“Do whatever makes you feel better about yourself. Stay in therapy, but get it, girl.”

Katy – who recently split with Hollywood actor Orlando Bloom and was spotted on the arm of a hunky mystery man as she enjoyed a winter trip to Denmark in December – also revealed that she thinks social media has a damaging effect on society.

Katy, whose appearance has changed quite a lot over the past 10 years, insists she’s pretty much natural – apart from getting fillers

She added: “A lot of us are living for that picture, and then the currency is the like.

“It’s hard because I’d rather not care about that and just live my life.

“We buy clothing and products or pose a certain way or go to an event to get a picture — it’s not good for us as a society.

“I think it’s actually the decline of civilisation if we’re going extreme about it. We have to find a balance, and I’m trying to find my own personal balance with it because I’m just as much a victim as everybody else.”
