Kim Kardashian was seen heading to a plastic surgeon’s office over the weekend, as she kept a low-profile under a black zip-up hoodie.

The 42-year-old reality star, who has always denied rumours she’s had surgery, was glowing as she went for a makeup-free look for the outing. She kept her hood up as she made her way to the office of well-known cosmetic surgeon Dr Jason Diamond.

Kim seemed engrossed in her phone as she stood by her black SUV. She used a limited edition Louis Vuitton handbag to carry around her personal belongings.

Despite Kim denying claims she’s had plastic surgery, she has admitted to having Botox. However, she recently told fans she had “chilled” on the procedure.

The SKIMS founder is listed as one of Dr Diamond’s top celebrity clients on his website. He’s also shared a video of Kim and her sister Khloe Kardashian treating themselves to microneedling & PRP combination sessions.

As well as denying claims she has had plastic surgery, Kim has also insisted she’s never had filler in her face. “I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips,” she revealed.

Speaking to Allure, Kim admitted that she does “genuinely care about looking good”. She explained how she fits in laser treatments late at night – after her four children have gone to bed.

In an attempt to silence plastic surgery rumours, Kim once famously had her derriere x-rayed on TV to prove it was real. She also said she is finally “at peace” with how she looks now she’s in her forties.

“It’s hard to explain because I am at peace, but I would still do anything to look and feel youthful,” she admitted.
