She reality star hit the shops with her older sister Kourtney, 39, and their children North and Reign.

In comparison, Kim’s sister Kourtney wore a much simpler pair of white flared jeans and a PVC style white shirt over a black strappy vest for their trip to Jeffries.

Kim and rapper-turned-designer Kanye West’s daughter North wore an equally eye-catching outfit for the shopping trip.

The five-year-old was dressed head-to-toe in a snakeskin ensemble teamed with white trainers.

The youngster spent time with her cousin, Reign Disick, 3, who carried a blue balloon as he left the shop with the camera crew in tow.
