Kylie Jenner has long been accused of having plastic surgery, but she insists her dramatic physical transformation is the result of ‘good hair and makeup’ — and fillers.

The 21-year-old shows off her perfectly arched brows and famous pout on the cover of Paper magazine’s 2019 ‘Transformation’ issue, in which she opens up about her evolution from a fresh-faced teenage reality star to a bombshell makeup mogul.

‘People think I fully went under the knife and completely reconstructed my face, which is completely false,’ she told the magazine.

‘I’m terrified! I would never. They don’t understand what good hair and makeup and, like, fillers, can really do,’ she added.

When pressed on how much of her look is due to makeup, Kylie admitted there are also cosmetic procedures at play.

‘It’s fillers. I’m not denying that,’ she said.

Kylie was just 10 years old when Keeping Up with the Kardashians premiered in 2007, and as the public watched her go from a demure tween to a curvaceous young woman, more and more plastic surgery rumors were hurled in her direction.

The mother-of-one famously claimed her plump pout was the result of strategically placed liner until she later admitted on a 2015 episode of her family’s reality series that she got lip injections from Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon Dr. Simon Ourian.

While is now open about her use of dermal fillers, she had denied going under the knife time and time again.

Over the years, she has shut down rumors that she has gotten breast implants, an eyebrow lift, and ʙuтт implants. There were also accusations that she had a tummy tuck and liposuction after giving birth to her one-year-old daughter Stormi in February 2018.

Kylie has no problem brushing off the speculation while sharing selfie after selfie with her 127 million Instagram followers.

The brunette beauty loves to experiment with hair color and wigs, and for her latest Paper magazine cover, she is wearing a cropped platinum blonde wig, chunky gold earrings, and a funeral-style netted veil covering her face.

While she is sporting natural-looking makeup shades, both her brows and plump lips are noticeably lined in her signature style.

Inside the pages of the magazine, she models everything from an androgynous power suit to a sporty orange leotard, with each look demanding a different hairstyle.

In one image, Kylie is modeling a slinky silver halter top that exposes her taut stomach and a matching mini skirt. Her look is completed with a blonde 1920s-inspired bob wig with bangs.

Another shows her posing in nothing but a towel as she gives the camera a come-hither stare. She has a cropped blonde wig on her head and a bold red lip that accentuates her plump pout.

The entrepreneur is undoubtedly pᴀssionate about lipstick; not only did her famous lip kits evolve into an entire Kylie Cosmetics line, but they also brought her incredible amounts of wealth.

‘My parents told me I needed to make my own money, it’s time to learn how to save and spend your own money, stuff like that,’ she explained, adding: ‘What I’m trying to say is I did have a platform, but none of my money is inherited.’

While social media continues to serve as a way for her to unveil her products, she said she has been cutting down her screen time — which has ‘been going down 20 per cent each week — and using an app to track her progress.

Kylie and her boyfriend Travis Scott celebrated their daughter Stormi’s first birthday with a lavish Astroworld- themed party earlier this month, but when the interview took place, the little girl was only 11 months old and had just taken her first steps a few days before.

‘It’s genuinely what I wanted . . . to be a young mom,’ she said of having Stormi. ‘I thought, This I what I want to do, and if people accept it or don’t accept it then I’m okay with every outcome.’

The mother-of-one had plenty of kind words for her daughter’s father during the interview, but she insisted they weren’t secretly married or even engaged.

On Sunday, Kylie treated her Instagram follower to the site of a huge diamond ring on her wedding finger.

The lip kit icon, who has not confirmed the swirl of rumors she is engaged to Travis, showed off the bauble while driving.

‘I’ll let everybody know,’ she said of her future engagement and wedding; however, it’s unclear how she plans on making the announcement.

Kylie famously dodged rumors of her pregnancy until she and Travis welcomed Stormi on February 1 last year.

Meanwhile, as Kylie flatly denies going under the knife, her big sister Kim Kardashian has been making similar denials this month.

The 38-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star spoke candidly about the appearance of her nose while getting her makeup done by Mario Dedivanovic at The Master Class in Los Angeles, insisting that she has never had rhinoplasty.

‘I never had my nose done,’ she said. ‘Everyone thought I did, and I said, “Wait until I have kids because your real features come out.”‘

She later attempted to clarify her rather perplexing explanation by tweeting: ‘I said you will see when I have kids, they will have the same nose as me.’

Mario explained that Kim has a ‘small bump on her nose,’ but he uses a contouring technique to hide it.

While she strongly denied having a nose job, she agreed with her fans that her face does look different.

‘Pictures, I swear, I look at them and would be like, “Wow, the bump looks so much bigger in some pictures than in others,”‘ she said.

Kim has denied having rhinoplasty for years, including in a 2010 Nightline interview in which she addressed the rumors.

‘I’ve never had my nose done. But what’s funny is about my nose, it’s my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done,’ she said.

‘I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like, and it just didn’t … I wouldn’t look the same,’ she added.

Six years later, she spoke about the appearance of her nose in a 2016 interview with Wonderland magazine.

‘People think I’ve had my nose done. I haven’t. It does look smaller. Maybe it’s the contour I use,’ she said.

The star, whose father was Armenian, added, ‘I used to hate this bump on my nose, she said. ‘Hated it. Now I love that it makes me look more ethnic.’

The mother-of-three has also spent more than a decade denying claims that she has had a breast augmentation, a procedure that her sister Kourtney Kardashian has openly spoken about having when she was just 21 years old.

Kim is known for using gaffer tape to give her chest a boost when she can’t wear a bra, but she has firmly denied ever having a boob job.

‘I have not ever had plastic surgery. I hope after seeing this you guys will never ask me a plastic surgery question again!’ she wrote on her now-defunct blog in 2008.

She went on to point out that she has had large breasts from a young age, explaining: ‘I have had a size C since I was 11 years old.’

However, she noted that she wasn’t entirely opposed to giving her breasts a boost after she had children.

‘One day I will definitely get a lift, but I am waiting until after I have kids,’ she said. ‘Until then, I rely on a great supportive bra!’

Two years later, during the same Nightline interview in which she talked about her nose, Kim joked that she was in desperate need of a breast lift.

‘I’m totally not against plastic surgery,’ she said. ‘Trust me, honey, if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done.’
