The red-headed beauty will play the sexy temp character Karen in David Mamet’s Speed-the-Plow at London’s Playhouse Theatre, with previews of the show on September 24 and the grand opening on October 2.

And all you Lilo fans will have an entire two months to enjoy your favourite actress strutting her stuff, because it runs until November 29.

West End 'Speed-the-Plow' Starts Late, but Don't Blame Lindsay Lohan

She follows in the glittering footsteps of Madonna, who starred in the original Broadway production, and Kevin Spacey has starred in it since then.

The theatre tweeted the news today, saying: “Tickets on sale now for @lindsaylohan in Speed-The-Plow!”

And we got a few clues this week too when Lilo tweeted a snap of her outside a stage door with the caption: “Ready for my close-up!”

So, what will we see the star doing exactly? Well the story follows a Hollywood producer who gets swayed by a sexy temp (Lindsay) into filming a novel about the end of the world.

All of that is brought about by Lohan’s amazing seduction skills, of course.
