The Mean Girls star, 38, wowed in a floor-length silver slip dress and a matching grey coat with a plush fur collar.
Lindsay — who recently attended the U.S. Open with her husband — completed her look with a dazzling array of diamonds, including a pair of earrings and two necklaces
She was also joined by Mindy Kaling and Mary J. Blige.
Inside the show she also posed with the designer, 65, who looked dapper as ever in a black blazer, jeans and black sunglasses.
As for glam, Lindsay opted for bronze eyeshadow and delicate pink lipstick.
The night prior the Freaky Friday star donned a sheer black lace bodysuit while attending the third annual Kering Foundation Caring for Women dinner.
She paired the look with classy black heels.
Other stars at the show included Oprah Winfrey, Kim Kardashian and Salma Hayek.
