It’s not exactly been the best of times for Lindsay Lohan recently.

Not that you’d know it from this sexy photo shoot the actress did for the German version of men’s magazine GQ.

The Mean Girls star looked relaxed and without a care in the world for the spread, as she posed on a beach in several different bikinis.

On the cover – which describes the shoot as ‘on the beach with the girl who’s got the world in a spin’ – she poses in a very 1940s-style two-piece, the high pants and shapely bra covered in pretty florals.

Inside, she is seen posing in a black string swimsuit inside an army jeep and sitting on some beach steps, her legs wrapped round a guitar.

In another, she wears a strapless cream bikini while shooting a bow and arrow.

But real life certainly isn’t a beach for the troubled star at the moment.
