Lindsay Lohan and little sister Ali hang out in the sun on the Caribbean island os St. Bart’s on Monday (January 4).
The actress, who carried swag in a Louis Vuitton suitcase from the back of a taxi, walked with bikini-clad Ali while puffing away on a cancer stick.
Lindsay has been in St. Bart’s since New Year’s, when she partied with celebs like Orlando Bloom and his sweetheart Miranda Kerr!
