Demi Lovato has postponed one of their tour dates.

On Wednesday (Oct. 5), Lovato announced the postponement of their Rosemont, Ill., tour stop due to voice loss.

“Rosemont, today I woke up and had absolutely no voice,” Lovato shared in a statement posted to Instagram.

The statement continued:

I’m so sorry, but it breaks my heart to tell you I have to reschedule the show. Tickets will be honored for a new date as soon as it’s announced.

This is the absolute last thing I want to do. I’m having so much fun with you all and I can’t wait to see you again. Again, I’m so sorry and I appreciate your understanding. I love you all.

Located outside of Chicago, the Rosemont Theatre let ticket holders know that Lovato will return to the venue in the future. The venue ᴀssured fans that previously purchased tickets will be honored whenever the new date is announced.

The “Sorry Not Sorry” singer has been touring since September. However, it’s possible this tour will be their last.

The pop star made the revelation in a previously posted Instagram Story.

“I can’t do this anymore. This next tour will be my last. I love and thank you guys,” Lovato wrote.

Lovato was sick during the time she made the announcement. In another Instagram Story, they shared, “I’m so f—ing sick I can’t get out of bed.”

Lovato recently returned to their pop-rock roots on the artist’s new album Holy Fvck, which garnered acclaim from both fans and critics.
