After winning the first award of the night for British female solo artist, Dua Lipa gave a girl power-inspired performance of her mᴀssive single “New Rules” at the 2018 Brit Awards.

For the performance, the singer threw a girls-only beach party with a large pool and pink flamingo onstage, dressed in a swimsuit for the occasion. She began the performance lying in the center of a multicolored triangle before walking around the beachy stage.

At the end of the performance, she stood over the crowd shouting “You ain’t getting over him!,” with her army of girls in solidarity.

She dedicated her first Brit Award to other female artists and “women taking over the world.”
