With Selena Quintanilla’s birthday coming up on April 16, many fans on TikTok are using a new filter that features the red lip the “Queen of Tejano” used to rock all the time, including Demi Lovato. The “Heart Attack” singer posted a TikTok using the filter on Tuesday, April 4.

Lovato, who has Mexican roots on her father’s side, wrote in the caption, “ANYTHING FOR SELENᴀssSSS,” which is a line from the Selena movie starring Jennifer Lopez as the late singer. Lovato also used one of Selena’s most famous songs “Bidi Bidi Bom Bom” for her sound in the video.

The TikTok clip received lots of love with more than 7.4 million views and about 765,000 likes. In the comments, many fans praised Lovato for showing some love to Selena during her birthday month.

This isn’t the first time Lovato has shown love for Selena. In 2017, she dressed up as the late singer for Halloween. She posted several pH๏τos on Instagram of her in the iconic purple jumpsuit Selena wore during her last major concert at the Houston Astrodome in 1995.
